Today, Monday, January 5, I went out to de-stress a little, to exercise and train my body and mind a little.
Go Skate!

Although it's been quite a while since I last got on a skateboard, it's been a while since I last did any tricks, but as the saying goes, once learned, never forgotten. We know everything that can be said about this world and lifestyle, what people think about skateboarders, graffiti artists, and rappers. But I am 100% sure that most of the people who say these negative things do not enjoy these simple details that change the day for people like me and make our lives happier.

It has been several weeks since I last managed to talk to my daughters, and that conversation was via a WhatsApp call where we spoke for about an hour. Despite all the messages, voice notes, images, and videos I have sent them, they have completely ignored every single one of these messages. I truly cannot find the words to describe this emptiness and this feeling, but life must go on, and I must focus on moving forward and continuing to grow as a human being and as a person. Currently, the country is going through a pretty critical situation, and this is where we must be more united and not lose hope that change can be positive. I know that the news and all this social media stuff, between jokes and memes linked to artificial intelligence, pretty much reflects reality. But today I felt that I had to get away from all that mortifies me and is slowly poisoning my mind.
The best company is a dog like this one, who has been with me through good times and bad.

Truly, sometimes I just want to have a normal life with decent and fair work, to get up early in the morning, go to work, come home to see my family, or have the opportunity to start a new family, since now that I'm over 30, I can't describe how frustrating it is to have to put up with this kind of situation where you just feel trapped and have to wait until the next day to see what happens. Today, you try everything within your power and a little more. This post is motivational, it is inspirational, it is a cry for freedom.
I am infinitely grateful to the entire team of guest authors for being part of this, for being part of your team, and for continuing to share snippets of my life with all of you.
