My good lady, @lizzaturnbull, and I have taken to a a Monday morning planning session for our various activities. This week has been challenging as our wifi went down last Wednesday, appeared to be sorted, and then went down again Saturday Afternoon. Which put a crimp on a lot of the editing Liz planned on doing for her forthcoming youtube channel. It being out this am made my planned week 1 teaser for the podcast impossible to prepare.

Friday night is curry and beer night! A fine and noble tradition in the household. Though, I didn't have time to do a traditional curry this week. So let me take you through the one-pot slow cooked not quite a curry dish we enjoyed.
