Hi all, Welcome back to my running blog! With 30 days left to the Rotterdam Marathon and 9 days of peak days before taper weeks start I feel I can honestly say I am confident on my training sofar. Last week I did 77 km, this week I planned to do 80 km. With 2 days left I already completed 56 km. Meaning I can replace my sunday long run with an easier run and still make my weekly target. Or I might just beat the target and add a few extra kilometers.. not sure yet, but great to have some options and let your body determine.
