Happy Sunday to each of everyone of you, I welcome you guys to my blog once again this afternoon Today I present to you a special smoothie, I made this smoothie for my kids to drink and be happy. In my house every Sunday we use to go out to celebrate with our kids and my husband use to do it for us. But unfortunately today he was not around, he travelled since last week for outside work. So for me not to make the kids feel so bad I decided to make a smoothie for to make them happy and make them not to disturb me for taking them out.

My house help is not feeling too well, anytime that my house help is not feeling well she will refuse to eat something or drink anything. So on this day she fall sick and was on medication so due to her refusing of eating I have to stop going to work today so that I will take proper care of her myself. So I decided to make a delicious meal for her to eat and I know that she will enjoy it.
