**HELLO COMMUNITY!**🍊At the end of last month I found myself a bit sick, so I had to follow a specific diet to help my body fight the sickness and improve my health. At those times when we get sick we need to consume lots of fruits, protein and healthy foods. When I was little my mom always made me drink beet smoothie, it tasted horrendous! I had a hard time drinking it because of the taste, but now that I am an adult and I have a lot of imagination in the kitchen, I can drink beets with other ingredients to improve its flavor, so I drink this tuber that helps me the most with my health and I also enjoy drinking it, because it tastes delicious with this combination that we make.
