⛪ A DAY IN LUMIAR, PORTUGAL ⛪ (ENG-ESP)

• Today we will travel to the capital of Portugal which is Lisbon and visit Lumiar a popular area and we will discover what things we can do in this tour, the means of transport, architecture and tourist areas, in addition to walking through the streets with many popular designs that represent the capital.

• El día de hoy vamos a viajar a la capital de Portugal que es Lisboa y visitar Lumiar una zona popular y descubriremos que cosas podemos hacer en este paseo, los medios de transporte, arquitectura y áreas turísticas, además de caminar por las calles con muchos diseños populares que representan la capital.

After arriving on the other side, specifically cais do sodre, we will take the subway and go to the station that says Lumiar. And as soon as we get out of the station, we are going to start enjoying the area. I was lucky that it was a sunny day that accompanied me in a good lighting in the photographs. I could see that it is an area that still accompanies the old Portuguese classical architecture, although we can also see some streets with buildings with modern architecture.
• Before moving on to the tourist areas of Lumiar, I would like to point out that I passed by Carnide and found this very old bakery, its ovens have been lit since 1923, that is, after the First World War and before the Second World War, this establishment is feeding the stomachs of the Portuguese, passing from generation to generation, continuing to deliver the classic Portuguese bakery.

• Mi viaje comenzó desde el otro lado del puente, tuve que tomar un barco que se dirige a la capital desde margem sul, logrando fotografiar esa vista de la capital, es específico esto que observamos es praca do comercio, uno los lugares más visitados por los turistas debido a la gran historia que tiene este lugar. Luego de llegar al otro lado, específicamente cais do sodre, vamos a coger el metro y dirigirnos a la estación que dice Lumiar. Y así salgamos de la estación, vamos a comenzar a disfrutar de la zona. Tuve suerte de que fue un día soleado que me acompañaba en una buena iluminación en las fotografías. Pude ver que es una zona que todavía acompaña la arquitectura clásica antigua portuguesa, a pesar de que también podemos ver algunas calles con edificios con arquitectura moderna.
• Antes de pasar a las zonas turísticas de Lumiar, quiero resaltar que pase por Carnide y encontré esta panadería muy antigua, sus hornos se encuentran encendidos desde 1923 o sea después de la Primera Guerra Mundial y antes de la segunda este establecimiento se encuentra alimentando los estómagos de los portugueses pasando de generación a generación continua repartiendo la clásica panadería portuguesa.

• Luego de pasar hermosas calles, parques y calles coloridas, vamos a conocer otro punto turístico de la zona: se trata de un santuario construido en 1575 y 1596, fue iniciado por la infanta María, hija del rey Manuel I de Portugal, y de la archiduquesa Leonor de Austria, según un proyecto de Jerónimo de Ruão, en el emplazamiento de una ermita que existía desde 1464. Y en 1918 se dio nombre a una parroquia principal de Carnide.

Pues sería visitar un mirador, así que camine hasta el mirador de la ciudad, donde podemos apreciar estas hermosas vistas de la ciudad y las ciudades vecinas, que serían odivelas y loures. Así que si visitar este lugar, te recomiendo parar en este mirador, donde puedes disfrutar de un snack, acompañado de aire fresco, la naturaleza y unas vistas memorables.
