First step: The first thing we are going to do is to prepare the base of our dessert that would be the mousse, for that we will begin by adding in a bowl the creams and then we will beat until they are with a creamy contexture, then we will add the cookies previously breaking them into pieces and finally we will add the lemon peels and condensed milk, We will let mix until they are of a creamy and rigid texture, you can do the spoon test, it consists of taking a little of the mixture and turn, if it does not fall it means that it is ready and we can leave it in the refrigerator to maintain the consistency.
Second step: My design is about an orchard of carrots to pay homage to the Easter bunny, for that we will need to make a white chocolate ganache. We will take the chocolate with a splash of milk we will leave in the microwave for 30 seconds always supervising, then add 20 ml of cream and mix, we will obtain a creamy melted chocolate that will be perfect to work, finally we will add the coloring and pour the strawberries, previously already washed. We will leave in the refrigerator for the chocolate to harden.
Third step: Place the mousse in a rectangular container, leaving a few centimeters of space. We will chop the cookies and place them all over the surface. Finally, I will place the strawberries, leaving the top uncovered, and just like that we have a carrot garden.
