This cake was inspired by a recipe that accidentally appeared on my social media and then I tried to practice it with my own improvisation. Why is that because in the original recipe this cake actually uses coconut water but because I don't have coconut water I use coconut milk instead then because I don't have white oil and I don't want to replace it with vegetable oil I use a little margarine instead then in the original cake recipe it uses granulated sugar but because I don't use it anymore so I replace it with a little palm sugar to have a little sweet taste so the name I gave my cake is simple palm sugar cake. And when I write this I am also waiting for the cake that I am currently steaming and I will see the results in the next few minutes whether it is successful or not.

14 hours of fasting for a full day and it lasted for 30 days with undiminished activities and unpredictable weather for now caused my body to start protesting a little with a slightly tired feeling and a bloated stomach. However, even so, fasting is very healthy for the body so there is no reason not to fast for me. Even so, I have to be clever so that the intake of food and drink that enters the body remains controlled and healthy for me.

Moringa leaves are often found behind my house and its benefits are very numerous for health, namely to lower cholesterol, lower blood sugar levels, fight cancer cells and many more. And all of this has been proven to be effective in my body to lower my husband's blood sugar levels and my own cholesterol. Actually, these leaves are enough to just be boiled, but if I do it every day it feels too complicated so last Sunday when I had nothing to do I made these moringa leaves into herbal tea that can last longer than having to boil them every day,

It's summer in my city, the temperature has reached 35 degrees Celsius. And this is very hot in my opinion, especially since I'm fasting so everything feels very dry on my skin. And coincidentally, my friends and I have the same day off even though it's not a weekend. In fact, if we walk around on a busy day like this, the tourist attractions are not too crowded so we can enjoy the tourist attractions comfortably without being jostled by other visitors when the weekend arrives.
