Moringa leaves are often found behind my house and its benefits are very numerous for health, namely to lower cholesterol, lower blood sugar levels, fight cancer cells and many more. And all of this has been proven to be effective in my body to lower my husband's blood sugar levels and my own cholesterol. Actually, these leaves are enough to just be boiled, but if I do it every day it feels too complicated so last Sunday when I had nothing to do I made these moringa leaves into herbal tea that can last longer than having to boil them every day,
