Its been a month since Easter and my diet isn't improving much. Partly due to my urge of wanting more protein, but i guess majority is my discipline.AI generated photo of me fighting against enemy by my best friend TKI am still doing my best at my workout routine. I am maintaining high power and endurance training, 5 reps of clean pull ups and 533 meters interval walk, 8 sets for every workout i am conducting. Usually each session takes about an hour and should burn around 530 calories. Technically, that's not alot, probably a burger would have neutralized it. But still, if I don't do it, I can't even burn off an extra burger.
