Before we get to the sweetest stuff, let me tell you about water fasting.I am sure some of you here are familiar with intermittent fasting but have you heard of water fast? Basically you can not consume anything other than liquid. Thankfully, coffee is allowed and so, that’s how I was able to survive through 3 days, no solid food and only water and coffee. I do this at least once a year but lately, I wanted to try it at least once a week. So, kind of on and off. The reason I am doing this is that I’ve been baking lately and to trick my brain that all these are not something to be done out of boredom.
“ Rain expected to end this evening”....May isn’t exactly the rainy month over here. From what I recall, it’s when the sun shines the most and we’re all happily vacationing. But for the last couple of days, my phone has been buzzing with weather telling me it’s stormy, expect rain, cloudy skies and so on.
Last week we had some more new members joining in!While we tried having some type of genre last Saturday, apparently only a few read Self-help and self-improvement books. So, in order to accommodate more people for 17th of May, we won’t be having any theme or specified genre, just come hangout and talk about your reads.
The cats rules! There was an incident with one of our cats recently. It’s probably why I stopped talking about them and I don’t even know why. We currently have 10 cats. 1 senior cat, 4 adult cats and 5 kittens. Some of you probably have seen Micky, this tabby cat is the most spoiled among my other cats.
Jokes on me, I can tell you as much that if you play the campaign it is hard to speed run this game in just 2 hours and an impossible mission. However, in some game modes, speed running the game is very much possible. I spent countless hours fixating on trying to reach “Engineers” in just under 2 hours with campaign more but it’s all just failed attempts.
Did you know your screen time?According to a recent survey, globally on average people spend 6 hours and 38 minutes looking at the screen for non-related work activities. When you think about it, that’s a lot of time to be spent on experiencing someone’s life rather than ours.
