" to see behind the walls, draw closer.." This was a quote from a The Secret Life of Walter Mitty that I recently watched. In the movie, they have this supporting character named Sean O'Connell. He's a free-spirited photographer who is willing to do what it takes to chase a great picture. He is an old soul and old-schooled and has an "aura" about him that exudes elusiveness. Coincidentally, the previous day, I was flipping through some National Geographic magazines that were dusty and hasn't been opened since I moved into the house. That supporting character and the magazine sparks something within me that for a while has been dormant.
For someone perfectionist and self-sufficient, sometimes we might even reject the idea of holding onto a lifeline.Almost about 3 years ago, I was experiencing my first banana boat ride in the southern coast of Java. In case you didn’t know, typically for a banana boat to operate, they are best around clear waters and moderate waves. In Indonesia, they are often located around the northern coast where the sea waves are much calmer and are the tropical paradise.

The more you dive into this world, the more bizarre it can get. What comes to your mind when you think about coffee? Some of us probably have that visual where coffee is just the dark bitter liquid. Some of us probably associate it with the café culture or that morning joe that perks you up. Whatever is your association, have you thought about the most bizarre ways of spicing up your coffee?
“When life gives you tangerine”If you’re a k-drama fans, you probably heard that one, from a recent Netflix new series under that tile. It’s basically the play of word to “when life gives you lemon” but more in south Korean twists where tangerine is more common found there. The story reminds me of how to remain positive through hardships and it’s something I’ve been doing as of late, going back into the routine and make the best of damn oranges I’ve been given.
