Being crafty isn’t always about transforming things into something new or usable.. To me personally, it can be food. If anything I care the most about DIY is really about making food from the ingredients or leftovers I have at home. I often find myself getting hungry at night and that is when I am like the rat in the ratatouille film.

“ Have you ever won once?” YOLO isn’t just about weight loss or attempting to motivate you to start a journey of one. This is beyond all that. This movie would have different interpretations depending on your understanding of Chinese culture. For some, at level surface this could be seen as something that is just another rom-com motivational film. But for some, this is also a criticism towards a societal problem in China and also offers empowerment towards those who currently undergo difficulties in their life.

Sleeping on the floor wasn’t really on my bingo card growing up. I guess, it was the college phase that we all go through, maybe? I just thought at first, it was such a downgrade from what I was used to. Until then suddenly, there’s a movement out there that calls themselves the minimalist and they preach about sleeping on the floor as something that was life changing. Maybe it was just glamorized poverty? Who knows haha.

Hello everyone! I am perhaps a little late since it isn’t Tuesday anymore but let me share a discography of Teddy Swims. Afterall, it has been a while since I am sharing a recommendation and I have the need to introduce Teddy Swims.

I don't understand the concept of waiting/patience, if I want something, I have to get it now. This has been the way ever since I was a child. When I was living in bigger cities, I could get anything delivered within an hour. Anything you name it, you can really have it delivered within 30 minutes. Now, that I am living in a smaller town with limited instant delivery option, I have to wait for most things, like 3-4 days before the package arrives. It's horror to me but something I have to adjust. This year definitely is going to teach me what patient and working hard mean. It's like re-wiring my brain all over again and being comfortable with the uncomfortable.

The other day, I was reading a post by @adamada on The Generational Lie About Working Hard. It was such an intriguing topic that got me thinking about what most people faced. There are a lot of things I could say but this is a free write, perhaps jumbled ideas of what originally came to mind. So, bear with me that I might say something worthwhile or rubbish.
