“It ain't even cold outside, not where I'm from Feeling like it's mid-July under the sun” - Winter Things lyrics. I wished I could have titled this Winter Things, just like the songs that Ariana Grande released a while back under her album Christmas & Chill.  I recently went to a mountainous hilly area just 2 hours drive from my place. If I am being honest, I kept getting surprised that I hadn’t really explored this province again as an adult. I always felt like distance is quite relative around these places that it takes either 2-4 hours and you'd ended up in some beautiful areas.

I am not always productive and I am honestly kind of lazy too.These past few days, I’ve been lazy since it’s days leading up to Christmas. I just want to spend some days away from all the gadgets and worldly stuff. As the only person in the family that celebrates it, nothing special was done at my home. It’s one of the quietest Christmas, just like always. But I decided to gift myself a new color to my work room, so that I can spend the following years feeling more cheerful and motivated.

My update is on track! What a week it has been. I am going to show you that I survived on loads of coffee, which could be why my excitement was at its all-time high. All the buzz made me stay up a little late, but I also wanted to make sure that I got to at least rehearse before I talked to people. It’s my first time, after years, talking to people in a language that doesn’t quite translate well in my brain. 

There's just so much happening lately. I got so excited talking to people about Hive and organizing the event that 3 days prior, I had way too much energy to spent but also so little time sitting down. Despite all that, I tried updating what I did over snaps as I got excited whenever a new shipment of Hive merch arrived. I got things ranging from calendar, business cards, to t-shirts that fortunately came out well.

Hey Hey! I am back with an update on this that's a bit too late. Usually I'd post this on Monday but lately, my time has been filled with things and my energy is lower too. This week, I learned one important thing that I practically is a coffee addict through and through. I can't function without it and though sometimes I don't drink coffee, I would know that day would be horrible. Anyhow, I won't give up on updating this and this week everything is quite great actually.
