Today, I am taking you on a journey to two of Siargao’s most captivating natural wonders: the Magpupungko Rock Pools and the serene Maasin River.

I was craving coffee and was also in the mood for some pasta and salad. I didn’t have any appetite for sweets, so cakes or muffins weren’t on my mind. Upon entering the cafe, I noticed that there were only a few quiet customers, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the calm ambiance; it felt very friendly.

On one hand, it has a positive impact, allowing us to connect with our family instantly. However, because we always have our devices in hand, we find ourselves glued to them. Even when we’re on the bus, boredom often leads us to browse our phones, check social media, watch movies, or play games. This behavior triggers a chemical in our bodies called dopamine, which is associated with pleasure and reward, making phone use feel good and reinforcing our habits.

Hello everyone! Today is Election Day in the Philippines. I hope you all vote wisely. Unfortunately, I cannot vote in this election because I am far away from Davao.This is my entry for Colors of Life Round 2. I have always loved the color orange; it's vibrant and cheerful. You can see it everywhere: on the streets, in food, during autumn, and from sunrise to sunset. You can even see it on people's faces. The color orange evokes nostalgia and has a warm quality to it.
