In my post for today, I will be focusing on freshness in more than one way...First of all I would like to thank @friendlymoose for hosting the #pobphotocontest over the past years. In his post about this week's round, he mentions that there have already been 166 rounds of this contest. But then he also continues to announce the REBRANDING of this contest.

In the last few weeks, I haven't been out that much on walks as I would like to. Not because I didn't want to go out, but I just had a busy schedule and didn't get to do everything I wanted to...lol.This post was meant to be published yesterday in the #wednesdaywalk community, but I've missed my own deadline😅!

Against the vast open spaces in the Valley of a Thousand Hills, there are also smaller details that can be captured. You just need to focus and observe. Today is the second time I am adding the tag for the #colourblackandwhite community.

With the fast pace of living today, it's nothing new when you hear people talking about what supplements to use to keep up with the rat race. Use this for more energy, use that against stress and/or anxiety... Sometimes, supplements aren't even enough anymore and many people have to go onto prescribed medication to cope with the day-to-day challenges.

When you are looking for something to create an atmosphere in your images on the beach, what better than finding some logs that has washed out on the beach?Then take that same (colour) image and turn it into black and white and see what happens. To me it was almost as if it is suddenly telling a whole new story with a different atmopshere. What do think?

There are two times during the day which are ideal for taking photos. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon. During both early morning as well as late afternoon, we have what they call, blue hour and a golden hour.
