HiveBuzz World Cup Contest - Recap of Day 8

By @hivebuzz11/27/2022hive-102201

Here are the results after eight days of competition

Not a day goes by in this competition without a match bringing us a big surprise, if not several.

Let's start with the game between Japan and Costa Rica. Let's start with the game between Japan and Costa Rica. Almost everyone was convinced that they were going to win the match after their surprising first game. Well no, Costa Rica won. But it makes the happiness of the 12 participants who bet on them. Congratulations to @cpol, @djrockx, @gabikay, @ilovewintergem, @imacryptogeek, @irisworld, @loonatic, @mimismartypants, @montanita, @oivas, @templeflower and @underlock.

Then let's move on to the match Belgium vs Morocco. Second surprise, Belgium although big favorite is beaten by Morocco, to the chagrin of all its supporters. Only 8 participants are happy about it. Congratulations to @alexis666, @dadspardan, @invest4free, @irisworld, @lauraptis, @morenacanela, @nikoleondas and @tampilyne.

Fortunately, the match Croatia vs Canada ended well for the greatest number of bettors. Finally an expected result.

We had more distributed bets for the last match Spain vs Germany, with a preference for Spain. It ultimately ended in a draw.

This group phase is definitely full of twists and turns.

If you are not listed above, read the Ranking Page announcement. You will find out how to access the full ranking and know your position in it.

Congratulations to those who managed to guess the results of the matches.
