Lights, camera, action! Our 2024 roadshow was meant to be lowkey, but our team clearly missed that memo. Instead, we turned it into a full-on blockbuster! Each team was assigned a different industry to represent, and we got the entertainment sector. We decided to shoot a short film about a day in the life of a customer operations specialist and ended the event with a red carpet premiere.

I had an amazing weekend at The Reef Island Resort in Mactan! After a hectic work week, it was just what I needed to relax and recharge. I finally got to unwind and take a refreshing dip in the sea.I've been craving a beach getaway, and it was so nice to spend a day at a beautiful spot that’s not too far from Cebu City. Aside from the beach, the infinity pool was also a standout feature—I absolutely loved it!

Just sharing some pics from my hike on the Calbisaan - Campinsa Trail! I got to bring my work buddy Gabs along for her first day hike, and she loved it. She's already excited for the next trail with DHT!Things are super busy right now, and I can't wait to take a break and get back outside.

Another day, another adventure! Last weekend, we explored the Calbasaan – Campinsa Trail with Day Hike Therapist, combining hiking with a cause. It was my first time on this trail, and I was excited to see the so-called Switzerland of Cebu in Campinsa, Campo 6, Talisay City. It was also my first hike as a volunteer guide for DHT.

I went on a quick trip back home last weekend to spend some time with the kids. Since I recently started a new job, I don't have any vacation leave credits yet, so I wasn’t able to stay long in the province.I had to commute for almost 10 hours just to get home on Saturday right after my Friday night shift ended. I was exhausted, but arriving home and seeing the kids definitely made all the tiredness worthwhile.

I had the privilege to join the Day Hike Therapist Community for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the newly built Grade 3 classroom at Kalangyawon Elementary School in Ocaña, Carcar. This school was the beneficiary of the previous hike for a cause, which I wrote about in an earlier blog post "Transforming Lives at Kalangyawon Elementary School"
