The love for pitayasYou could remember me sharing the first pitaya I ever ate back in Budapest, which was eaten just as is, not even in a smoothie. It was a very tiny one and way too expensive as well, but I never forgot how good it was. I kept thinking about them after moving to Spain but always tuned in out of season to order them online as they were nowhere to be found in our supermarkets, sadly.

Weekend trip last weekendAt the end of last year, I decided to book a two night stay at a cute home in Pinos del Valle to explore that area. We always drive past there when we visit our friend in Granada and got curious what's on the other side of the mountains besides that huge lake we always see.

Silver cats!I recently shared the 2021 Fiji 50 cents Cats 1oz silver coin here and already shared that I had another one from the series that I bought at the same time. Today I will share with you the 2022 version which I absolutely love but sadly the pictures can't be taken very well due to the foil not being placed on the cats side very nicely. I've seen the prices of these coins and I don't want to remove it and risk it getting worth less, who knows a collector might find it more valuable with the foil on it.. Not that I'm parting with this one anytime soon, but it's an investment for the future anyway so I will just take the picture as it is.

What a morning so farI'm writing this on a beautiful Saturday morning where I hear the birds chirping early in the morning. Personaly, I woke up several times last night and early morning, once because I had a horrible cramp in my leg which made it impossible to move from the bed, ouch! I honestly forgot how painful that can be but now I know again. When I opened my bedroom door at 6 AM when it happened, both cats were waiting at my door to check out if I was ok because they probably heard me say ouch several times, lol.

Time to share some silver againI currently have a few coins left in backlog for me to post about and this month I haven't bought any new silver (yet) but I will probably do so in a few weeks from now. I just didn't feel like browsing for options yet. Today I decided it was time to take pictures of the few coins I have waiting so that when I want to share them, at least I have the pictures ready.

Neighbourhood catsWhere we live, we are quite lucky to have a few ladies take care of the street cats because they honestly all look extremely healthy and most of them are super social. They respond when you call them, run towards you with their tales up and often start chatting to you or even demand cuddles. I keep falling in love with a few of our street cats in our own street, they often relax in our community garden or in those of the neighbours. Currently we have another momma cat with two kittens.
