A Guide To Hive Ecosystem Tipping Tokens, Part 2

This past week I published first installment of some of the Hive ecosystem tipping tokens. There are a lot of them out there these days, and frankly it can be confusing to understand the number of tokens you need to hold in order to make a call and give out a tip. This week I will be covering some more of the commonly used tipping tokens, some that have become less used I may not include on the list. Not because they aren't great, but mostly because I just couldn't find the information I needed to include them in the writeup today.

Today I will kick off with Ladies of Hive!

Last week I didn't get to include this important tipping token as I didn't have all the specifics on the project. Now thanks to @silversaver888 I do, thank you! The call used to tip a post is !LADY . You will be giving 0.1 LOH to the recipient when you use a call. Below is the table showing the number of calls that you can make daily depending on the number of LOH you hold:

LOH is not exclusively for the women of Hive and can be used by everyone who hold enough tokens. It's a great project to support, so when you receive some tokens make sure to stake them to earn more tokens from staking.

This past week I did my first tipping token post in which I included BBH, which is one of my favorite tokens to tip. I understand that as of now if you use the call !BBH the recipient receives one BBH and the invoker of the call also receives one BBH token (that would be you.) It pays to give now with BBH! Again, this project is the brainchild of my friend @bradleyarrow . He's a real nice guy and always willing to help out if you run into any issues!

My friend @borniet has been busy creating several tipping tokens this past year. Today I will include his projects that are active, although there are a couple more in the works. Once they are finalized I can include them in a future post. But first, let's dive into Indeed.

Call used to invoke a tip is !INDEED , both you and the recipient benefit as below:

As you can see it would be possible to easily get to a level that you could never run out of tips! I'll include the link to the white paper he provided me a few days back:

This is another token created by @borniet that you may have seen used. The call to tip the token is !WRD . When you tip someone they receive 1 WRD token and you receive 0.1 WRD as well in your account. So another situation where it pays to give.

I don't have enough WRD to tip still, but I'm trying to pick some up. It's always nice to have a variety of tokens to be able to share with other's quality creative content! Below is the whitepaper link he provided me for the project:

Another project by @borniet is Hopium. The call to use is !HOPE and the recipient receives on token and the invoker also receives one in return. That's always a nice perk! Below is the schedule of calls and tokens needed to make them:

@borniet has been a busy man as I have mentioned. Another one of his creations focused more for walkers or runners. The call for this one is !STRIDE . The recipient get 0.1 Stridor (STR) tokens. Below you can see the table of tokens required and call given at each level.

I just checked my balance, I have 0.7 STR so I won't be tipping with this one just quite yet. Below is the link to the whitepaper that he provided for me for this project:

This program has been around for quite some time, it did go down for awhile and I was glad to see it up and working again. The way this one works is you use the call !HBIT or !HBITS, or some of the other calls you can see in the link below. The invoker who sends the command gets 0.9 HBIT, and the recipient gets 0.1 HBIT. If you do the call on your own post you get the full 1.0 HBIT. You can also receive some bonus tokens at times as well which is fun.

So feel free to use this call once per day, that is the limit. No holding requirements exist so anyone can use this one! For more info please see:

HUG is a nice project allowing you to share some love with someone here on Hive. They aren't horribly valuable, but it's just a nice thought to share them. I have provided the table below on the tokens needed and how calls you get per day:

To be completely honest I'm not sure exactly how this one works. I've been asking around without much luck, I'm sure I'll hear back right after I post because that's how it always happens. lol

I do know that you have to have one million SWAP.GIFU for tipping, and I think the more you have the more times you can tip. Don't quote me on that. Full details my have to come in my next installment! But the tip levels are rather nice from the one's I have received in the past.
