I have made several creamy dishes, but this one is my absolute favorite!It is quick & easy to make and very satisfying to eat. The sauce is flavorful and rich, yet not over the top. It can be served with anything. Best of all, it's a one-pan meal!

1947 is the last year the Panama 1 Balboa coin was minted. This coin I am showing is from the United States Mint of Philadelphia. The first meal of the day is traditionally eaten together around the breakfast table in many households in America. Although I live alone, I've kept up with the traditions of my own family, i.e., I always prepare and eat breakfast.

Pictured below are the half-dollar coins of the United States of America. They are all beautiful, but if I were to pick the best design, it would be the rendition of the full figure of Lady Liberty strolling in the direction of the sun, her left arm holding a bunch of branches, and her right arm outstretched, all the while sporting a starry cape behind her. The Walking Liberty Half Dollar design was by sculptor Adolph A. Weinman, that seems to have been influenced by the motif of Saint-Gaudens famous Double Eagle in 1907.

This cheese bread has a signature chewy texture that is a little bit lighter than regular bread. This is my take on Pão de Queijo – Brazilian Cheese Bread! It is easy with only 6 ingredients and a blender!Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease your muffin pan with butter or cooking spray. I used a square pan (with a divider which you will see later).
