Bad news a few days before the Balearic master's championship on Saturday. I hurted myself during the running post of the laser run training. I've started with pain because of more warning up enough but once warmed up, things went fine and I even broke my record in the short series... Afterwards pain started again and we'll have to see what tomorrow brings...

The idea was... Yes recovery on Monday and series on Tuesday and Wednesday . But my friend Pedro wanted to do some 200m series and I decided to take this opportunity to do some "quick" series. This will have an influence on Tuesday's and Wednesday's training but in sure if this one already...
