Thursday was a very good day as I did over 14k steps. This is something I have not done for quite a while now because, I have been very busy with work lately. My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2024Running is a part of exercise that I feel so easy to do, especially when I have someone doing it with me. Even in days I do it alone I still feel good. The most important thing is to achieve the day’s level above 10k steps and surprisingly I did above 19k. I am still anticipating when I will hit 25k or 30k and above. It will be celebrated. This is my entry for #BeerSaturday Challenge for the special week 360 by @detlev. Today was kind of a special day as my usual Saturday beer is just myself but today some friends came over to watch the English FA cup final with me. Since it is the final between a Bull and a Bear (No under dog), I decided the beer that will treat this fascinating period special is the Trophy Beer. That is irrespective of the winner or the outcome of the Match we are Trophy owners in our different ways. We are champions in our diverse area of specialty. We fight different battle, we engage in different war and in the end we never give up these gives us edge that we ourselves are champions and trophy winners.
