My Actifit Report Card: January 23 20250

Not the much number of steps that matters but the consistency. The ability not to feel reluctant, the spirit of no fear and not being lazy. This is what I have had recently. Though I try not to wear out, I try not to get tired it is best to remain this way. Then gradually doing more each day.
