Today our municipality Bolivar in each educational circuit that makes up the Center for the Development of Educational Quality of the municipality Bolivar, took place the commemoration of the International Day of the Book and Language, the Educational Unit “Roman Chalbaud” (former U.E.E. San Francisco), we also celebrated it, with the intention of promoting and highlighting in our students, the primary role played by books and language for their cultural, educational, personal development and social cohesion. It was a very simple activity, but quite meaningful for our students, my colleagues and I are teachers in the School Library, since long before Easter, we had been working on this activity, we wanted to do something very nice, with balloons, handmade books made by themselves, with the support of us, because we wanted to decorate a colorful table, yes we did it, with the effort of everything is possible.

We also had the support of the teacher of Crafts and Heritage for the elaboration of the banner and the image of Chalbaud, I know that all the initial phase of preparation cost us effort, dedication and economic resources, which came from us, but the gratification of seeing the students happy with the activity, motivated to participate, left us very happy, since they are the protagonists of this activity.

This celebration began in the morning, around 10 o'clock, with the lecture, discussion and reflection allusive to the International Day of the Book and Language by teachers Rosibel González, Marobeny Urbaneja, Gladys Dimas and Neila Marcano, where we tried to capture everything related to this holiday, recognition to talented writers and poets of our state of Sucre, who have strengthened the literary cultural heritage of our state and country, including the famous Andrés Eloy Blanco, José Antonio Ramos Sucre, Cruz Salmerón Acosta, Luis Beltrán Mago, Luis Mariano Rivera, among others who have left a literary cultural legacy that has transcended through the years.

Later, the student Maria Rivas made a Radio Program about this day, where she showed us that this day was decreed by UNESCO in recognition of great literary authors who coincidentally died on that day, including Miguel de Cervantes and William Shakespeare, who were two great masters of literature, coinciding this day also with the celebration of Language Day; The outline of this program was developed by myself, perhaps in the future I will show you how I do it, for now, we continue with this activity 😁; then the exhibition and readings were developed by the students of sixth grade section “B”; where they shared their experience as they elaborated the handmade books and readings of the same, where they delighted us with readings of informative texts about La Tierra, poems, stories and Tricolor magazine.

To the students who showed interest in continuing to engage in daily reading and seeking to initiate a language of their interest, I proposed the use of apps, which would be very useful for this purpose. We will be attentive to continue motivating students to awaken their interest in reading and some easy-to-learn languages. The activity culminated satisfactorily, hoping that this space that we built, is a meeting for reading and reading comprehension, we are committed to carry out these activities more often. Hola a toda mi gente hermosa de #Hive, en especial a esta comunidad de @hivesucre, buenas vibras para ustedes.

Hoy nuestro municipio Bolívar en cada circuito educativo que conforma el Centro del Desarrollo de la Calidad Educativa del municipio Bolívar, se llevó a cabo la conmemoración del día Internacional del Libro y del Idioma, la Unidad Educativa “Román Chalbaud” (antigua U.E.E. San Francisco), también lo celebramos, con la intención de promover y resaltar en nuestros estudiantes, el papel primordial que juegan los libros y el idioma en pro de su formación cultural, educativa, desarrollo personal y cohesión social; así como, fomentar el amor por la literatura y crear conciencia sobre la diversidad lingüística y literaria como herramientas necesarias para la vida.

Fue una actividad muy sencilla, pero bastante significativa para nuestros estudiantes, mis colegas y yo somos docentes en función de Biblioteca Escolar, desde mucho antes de Semana Santa, veníamos trabajando en esta actividad, queríamos hacer algo muy bonito, con globos, libros artesanales elaborados por ellos mismos, con el apoyo de nosotras, ya que queríamos decorar una mesa bastante colorida, sí que lo logramos, con el esfuerzo de todo es posible.

También contamos con el apoyo de la docente de Manualidades y Patrimonio para la elaboración de la pancarta y la imagen del Chalbaud, sé que toda la fase inicial de preparación nos costó esfuerzo, dedicación y recursos económicos, que salieron de nosotras, pero la gratificación de ver a los estudiantes contentos con la actividad, motivados por participar, nos dejó muy contentas, ya que ellos son los protagonistas de esta actividad.

Esta celebración comenzó en la mañana, más o menos a las 10, con la disertación, conversatorio y reflexión alusivas al día Internacional del Libro y del Idioma por parte de las docentes Rosibel González, Marobeny Urbaneja, Gladys Dimas y Neila Marcano, donde tratamos de plasmar todo lo concerniente a dicha festividad, reconocimiento a talentosos escritores y poetas de nuestro estado Sucre, quiénes han fortalecido el patrimonio cultural literario de nuestros estado y país, entre ellos el insigne Andrés Eloy Blanco, José Antonio Ramos Sucre, Cruz Salmerón Acosta, Luis Beltrán Mago, Luis Mariano Rivera, entre otros que han dejado un legado cultura literario que ha transcendido a través de los años.

Posteriormente, la estudiante María Rivas realizó un Programa Radial sobre este día, donde nos mostró que ese día fue decretado por la UNESCO como reconocimiento a grandes autores literarios que casualmente fallecieron en ese día, entre ellos Miguel de Cervantes y William Shakespeare, que fueron dos grandes maestros de la literatura, coincidiendo este día también con la celebración del día del Idioma; el esquema de este programa fue elaborado por mi persona, quizás en un futuro les enseñe como lo hago, por ahora, seguimos con esta actividad 😁; luego se desarrolló la exposición y lecturas por parte de los estudiantes de sexto grado sección “B”; donde compartieron su experiencia como elaboraron los libros artesanales y lecturas de los mismos, donde nos deleitaron con lecturas de textos informativos sobre La Tierra, poesías, cuentos y revista Tricolor.

A los estudiantes que mostraron interés por seguir comprometidos por realizar lecturas diarias y buscar iniciar un idioma de su interés, les propuse que utilizaran app, que serían muy útiles para tal fin. Estaremos atentas para seguir motivando a los estudiantes a que despierten su interés por la lectura y algunos idiomas fáciles de aprender. La actividad culminó satisfactoriamente, esperando que este espacio que construimos, sea un encuentro para la lectura y la comprensión lectora, nos queda de compromiso realizar estas actividades más seguidas.
