My wife and I had a craving for authentic chicken biryani that we used to eat back in our country Nepal. On our day off we decided to make Dum Chicken Biryani and see how it goes as it was our first time making it, and that also even in a clay pot. So we marinated chicken for more than 24 hours. We put fried roasted onions and a sour curd in meat and brought Shahi Biryani Masala from Indian store which gave the real taste of Biryani. At last we added the fried onion oil and topped the marinated meat with fresh coriander leaves for pleasant smell.

This was the last destination I visited in Esperance as I was only on a 2 day trip. I couldn't go to many of the popular spots but I am definitely going there in near future for a week. The photos were shot from Observatory Point Dalyup. The beach you can see in the photo is Observatory Beach. You can see the stunning coastline, panoramic view of the islands of the Recherche Archipelago, which I took a cruise through.

Esperance is truly a heavenly paradise, with stunning beaches and clear white sand. After finishing my cruise journey through Archipelago islands in Esperance, I had my lunch and then headed to Twilight beach, which is a recommended place if you are visiting Esperance. It was quite a hot that day, which was December 3, making it appropriate time to go to beach and swim. The notable feature of this beach among other beaches is the striking rock that you can see in the photo above. It goes by the name "Jump Rock". And the rock behind it is named as "Hobos Rock".

Recently came back to Perth after my trip to Esperance. And I must definitely say that if you happen to come in Western Australia, you can't miss this beautiful coastal town. The beaches here are so stunning matching the reality to the expectations. What you see in the internet is what you will actually see. The sand is so white and the ocean is so bluish that it is so pleasing to your eyes and mind.

Had always wanted to get a tattoo for myself and the wait is now finally over. I had this tattoo this Monday. I wanted something cool to look on my hand and I had always wanted to get a tattoo of lion and rose. Lion is my favourite animal and rose is my favourite flower. I also had a name of my wife inked in my hand. The first day was little bit painful but you will get accustomed to it. I had it inked from the senior tattoo artist and he was able to do it within 6 hours excluding the breaks we had during the session.

One of the must try dish while in Australia is Indian cuisine without a doubt. Indian cuisines are well-known for their distinctive flavor and their own spices. Last Sunday, I had an opportunity to go to Indian restaurant here in Perth that only serves vegetarian food. India is also known for its street food culture and its always appealing when you see them in TV, or social media sites. Being here in Australia, you don't have to go to India to try out those foods. That's one of the benefits of living in a multi-cultural country.
