You know how some compounds are designed to let water flow easily to aid drainage? Ours is like that, a spacious one, with a bit of a slope, but sadly, no effective drainage.Normally, with the way our compound is designed, it's meant to direct rainwater to flow from the raised floor down to the entrance, then along the walkway, and finally out onto the tarred road, since there are no gutters or drainage systems in place.

Being someone who loves exploring, on entering this village, Ajahgbavah with the help of a local, I was able to move around and go beyond the regular routes I normally take. Although I might not have passed through those areas before, I can now navigate the village without a guide.

Flashback to December 6th, 2024, when my CDS group, Drug Free and Quality Control, organized an interschool debate and quiz competition among secondary schools in our service location- Jesse.Prior to that day, we discussed plans and preparations on how to make the program a successful one during our CDS meetings.

While many people have fond memories of their childhood friends, I never had that experience. I don't recall having a childhood friend with whom I shared a deep connection and created lasting memories. Whenever someone mentions that person X is their childhood friend, it always reminds me that I never had one.

Death, an inevitable experience, is accompanied by diverse cultures and traditions across the globe. From movies I've watched, documentaries I've seen, and stories I've heard, I've learned that some people cremate their dead, scattering the ashes in water, mountains, or forests, or burying them in sacred locations such as designated scattering gardens, homes, or private property.

Some Nigerian females are blessed with full hair density, long hair, curly hair, and, most especially, rounded hairlines that come out sharp and neat when styled with edge controls or hair gel. Others are lucky to have a hairline that can pull off any hairstyle, making it easy for them to choose a style.
