It feels like I've been away forever whenever I keep days without posting. The current week has been nothing short of a hectic one. With a bit of a breather, I thought I'd share my hiking scenic views from Craters Rim Walkway with you.
I did mention sharing the murals I found in Christchurch next but I thought I'd rather share this one I found in Seddon, since I shared photos from Seddon on my posts in the last week.I've always driven past this mural when I travel towards Nelson, so while working in Seddon it was a perfect opportunity for me to spot for photos after the days work on site.
It was my birthday yesterday, and it was a day well celebrated, which I was content about. I started my born day with breakfast at about 9am, then set out for a hike at Sugar Loaf in Christchurch. I chose Sugars Loaf because it has a communications tower that stands out in Christchurch. It is almost visible from any part of Christchurch, and it has always been on my hiking list, so yesterday was the day I chose to hike up there, and I made it.
With less than a week spent on this Seddon hill spot, the weather was kind to us, considering from an experience of my colleague in the past, it used to be very windy up there. Though on the last day it rained and I had to do the Ready For Service test alone. At times, being a Tech can be very lonely on site when Riggers are done with their job and left...

Another one of the big cats that I saw in Auckland zoo are the Cheetahs, they were only two of them chilling and minding their own business, I wonder what goes on in their head when the zoo is busy with people daily disturbing their peace.
