Hi everyone one!!! Today I will be showing how I made this Akara with green plantain I was watching an online program so I saw this recipe there. It gladdened my heart so I put interest in it. After the program I was eager to do it because I learned a lot from there, not every time you will be making Akara though beans if you have plantain you can make from it also. So today I make my own Akara from my green plantain my children likes to eat Akara so with this idea of mine anytime I have plantain and the wants Akara I will just use my plantain and prepare for them.

Our kids have been disturbing me when is daddy coming back and I have been lying, on to a point that am tired and confused because I don't know what to told them again. To our greatest surprise he called and said that he will be coming back today, wow when I break the new to them everybody in my house was so happy because it has been a while. So I decide to make a surprise juice for him. When he teste the juice he was like I wasn't expecting this kind of welcome from you guys. And he thank everyone who was there when he came back, he was like I don't know that you guys really miss me like this 😭

This soup is so amazing it is one of my favourite soup. Over here it is the season of water Leaf and vegetable leaf so l said let me use it for my today's recipe. Most specially recommended for my daddy who was just discharged from the hospital yesterday, This soup was the doctor's recommendation for him according to the doctor it helps in boosting of the blood .
