The weather has taken a dramatic turn for the better, this past week, in the South of the UK so we decided to make the most of it and take a visit to Nyman's Garden a National Trust property that's close to where we live.

This post is not my normal sort of offering and is a bit of a challenge to write since, I feel I need to take a different approach from other SPS Validator Node Posts if I am to make it my own and not write just what I think I Should write. So . . .

I'm not sure what I was thinking with this latest project. It ended up more than just a little bit bonkers.For some bizarre reason I decided to see what I could do with some cardboard scraps which any sane person would surely have thrown away.~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Some years ago, for my partner's birthday party, I made some bunting which included a line of cycling shirts, a line of kayakers and a line of bicycles.

Today I awoke and wrote my morning pages for the first time since before Christmas. Whilst doing so I had the idea to have a #coddiwomple experiment day. I only had one specific thing on my calendar so that should make it easier.

I've finally finished the family's Christmas cards. Hoorah!They've been a very long time in the making.. As part of my decluttering endeavours last year I came up with the idea of using the Monopoly houses to create Christmas ornaments. They were really fiddly and took a lot longer than I anticipated and I didn't finish them in time so I restarted them again this year.

Thursdays are usually the day, when subject to being in the same town, I get together with my friend R for a bit of attic art and creativity. I was particularly looking forward to that this week since I felt in need of a bit of a pick me up.
