Hello friends, Hope you are enjoying the start of the new month? Hope we all participated in HPUD, which took place yesterday? I love yams, but theirs a particular species's i dont joke with. It always comes from the Northern part of my country. So, yesterday, i went to pick one for myself in our local market since i don't have any at home. But before going to the market, i was questioning myself, how would i prepare this yam because i dont enjoy eating porridge yam regularly only when am hungry for it. While i was contemplating on the best way to enjoy my yam, i remembered how I used to enjoy white yam with oil bean and fresh tomatoes sauce. So, i decided to go for it here is my ingredients.
