This is my entry for the Show Me A Shadow - Round 327 contest organized by @melinda010100 .I'm submitting photos taken during a visit to a contemporary art exhibition. I find it very difficult to take photos of works of art; they're meant to be viewed with the human eye, which will focus on the subject or a detail, putting aside the rest of the scenery. When we take a photo, we realize that there are things in the framing that we'd like to avoid, so we move around, zoom in, and the result isn't always up to scratch.

Seeing @friendlymoose's proposed theme (a recent photo) for this week's #POBPhotocontest, I remembered taking some shots last Friday on my way home from a choir concert I'd attended at a Protestant temple downtown.It was a bit of a walk to get to the metro, but the evening was mild and the neighborhood is quiet.

It's been a long time since I took part in @friendlymoose's photo contest, and when I saw today's theme (purple) and took a look at my balcony, I thought it was time. I know that taking pictures of flowers isn't very original, but I really wanted to pay tribute to the pansies that bloomed all winter and graced my balcony for at least 6 months. Spring is here and I have the impression that they're giving it their all before the end, which will soon be upon us.

After reading @pishio's post I wanted to try the image generator he proposed.Here's the result:I have to admit it's pretty amazing, all you have to do is add a photo of your face and then choose from several portrait models.

Today's @alive.chat topic is: "Larry Is Alive - And Deliver Results - Get Paid To Find Him!"Here is my participation.Larry's son sent a strange photo from Taiwan. I'm going to need the expertise of @tydynrain to understand what it is. I wonder if these plant pillars are aerial roots extending from branches that have planted themselves in the ground, or if they are roots in the ground that have made shoots rising upwards, or trees that have been planted there by man? I'd never seen anything like it, and it's very impressive. I might know more tomorrow if I think to ask the author of the photo and if he knows.
