In my most recent visit to the city of Maracaibo in the state of Zulia in my country Venezuela, I had the joy of visiting the incredible basilica of Our Lady of Chiquinquira, she in her miraculous image was found by a humble lady who was washing clothes on the shores of the lake. As the story goes, the washerwoman saw a piece of wood floating and took it home, when she detailed it, she noticed that the board reflected an image of the virgin and she put it on her altar. The image of the tablet was reflected more and more every day and it is said that over the years her face was retouched even more.

Boom ApetiteLlevo años tratando de cocinar recetas en casa que replico de videos que consigo en internet. Desde que hago esta practica mis platos han mejorado muchísimo y lo mejor de todo es que mantengo a mi familia contenta y con la barriga llena.
Feliz semana para toda mi querida familia de Needleworkmonday, por acá estamos una semana mas tratando de traerles lo mas bonito que me sucede cada día, y lo mas bonito son mis bordados, con ellos me acompaño cada mañana y cada tarde, con ellos suspiro, me rio, hasta me enojo si algo no me sale como quiero.
Tejer siempre será su acto de amor pero no es lo mismo tejer solo, que tejer acompañado y si a eso le sumamos tejer para una comunidad hermosa como es NEEDLEWORKMONDAY, todo se transforma en algo mejor. Knitting will always be an act of love but knitting alone is not the same as knitting with others and if we add to that knitting for a beautiful community like NEEDLEWORKMONDAY, everything becomes even better.
El Zulia-Venezuela¿Y cómo está mi gente linda en HIVE? Es increíble como se nos pasa el tiempo y ya no vemos pasar los días, la verdad es que no sé qué esté pasando en el mundo, el universo o lo que sea pero lo que sí puedo entender es que la vida se nos está yendo más rápido de lo que creíamos y sino despertamos a tiempo entonces no vamos a disfrutar de nada.
