Hello and welcome! :)I have never thought that I would make a post like this, but I have started running. I had this idea one day and I told my boyfriend "in 2 days we are going running". I didn't think about it that much, but he agreed and we made a plan. We decided to go to our local stadium and start with small steps. I really wanted to start running, but before I had never enjoyed it, so that's why small steps were a key to make it fun. The first day we went only for a long walk, and the next day we actually went to the stadium and we did some walking and then running. I honestly had fun, and after it I laid on the grass and did some stretching. The weather was perfect, because at first it wasn't very hot and the sun started shining when we were leaving the stadium. Then, there was a one-day break, and the day after it we went again. I ran more than before, but still not a lot to make small steps in this process and enjoy it, I think that I also need to learn how to breathe properly while running. It will definitely be a good way to make my form better, as I have a sitting job, and I think that now the weather is perfect for morning runs.
