I went shopping in one of my local towns and found out the local council had installed umbrellas in the centre.
They are part of the 'Welcome Back' Regeneration Project as a way of lifting people's spirits after the pandemic and to encourage people back to the shops.
It was a lovely sunny day with blue sky which showed off the lovely colours of the umbrellas.
The council are also planning to have hanging baskets, planters and an art and history trail.
The umbrellas really brightened the town up and they were definitely a talking point.
