Bendecido día tengan todos, un nuevo año comienza con la mejor energía y disposición para seguir adelante viviendo en armonía y agradecimiento, este año 2023 tuvo sus bajas y también sus altas, estoy agradecida por cada día vivido incluso los días malos, tengo salud y tengo vida, motivos suficientes para agradecer a Dios, todos los días parten personas de este mundo y a veces nos toca que sean cercanas y eso nos hace dar cuenta de todo lo que debemos agradecer y aprovechar de vivir, pero nuestra a mente nos hace poner negativos o triste, preocupados o estresados, pero con los años uno aprende a controlarse , a tener sus propios modos o estrategias para estar bien, por eso me gustó la [iniciativa](https://peakd.com/@charjaim/esa-vida-nuestra-iniciativa-19) de @charjaim en la comunidad Holus&Lotus,  porque nos invita a compartir 4 estrategias que nos funcionen para tener bienestar. # La jardinería / The garden

Me gusta mucho atender mis plantas, generalmente esto lo hago a primeras horas de la mañana, incluso antes de que mi nieto y mi hija despierten, así tengo un rato a solas en silencio y en contacto con la naturaleza,  escucho los pájaros que viven en los nidos de los árboles, también en esta época empiezan a venir los loros a comer de los primeros mangos que empiezan a  crecer en el árbol de mi patio o en el del vecino, a esa hora la brisa es fresca y el sol apenas empieza a calentar, me gusta llevar los primeros rayos del sol en el cuerpo, empieza barriendo las hojas de patio , luego busco agua en tobos y con una taza voy regando los arbustos de mi patio y también las hierbas medicinales, luego paso a la parte delantera de mi casa donde tengo mi pequeño jardín, allí limpio las macetas si le han caído hojas ajenas o si tienen hojas secas de las mismas plantas, barro también el suelo porque generalmente siempre tiene flores secas del gran arbusto de Ixoras rosadas y también las Ixoras rojas cuyo arbusto es más pequeño,  luego también les hecho agua a todas las plantas de flores, a la pequeña palmera le quito los ramos secos si tiene, hacer esas actividades me permiten estar tranquila, en paz con mis pensamientos, me permite organizar también mis actividades diarias, le siento con energía para entrar de nuevo a la casa y preparar el café y el desayuno con mi nieto que es el primero en despertar, a veces el despierta antes y me ayuda a barrer las hojas, pero aún en su presencia estos momentos son de completa paz para mi.

><div class="text-justify">I really like to tend to my plants, I generally do this early in the morning, even before my grandson and my daughter wake up, so I have some time alone in silence and in contact with nature, I listen to the birds that live in the nests in the trees, also at this time the parrots begin to come to eat the first mangoes that begin to grow on the tree in my yard or the neighbor's, at that time the breeze is fresh and the sun is just beginning to set. warm up, I like to carry the first rays of the sun on my body, start by sweeping the patio leaves, then I look for water in tubes and with a cup I water the bushes in my patio and also the medicinal herbs, then I move to the front of my house where I have my small garden, there I clean the pots if foreign leaves have fallen on them or if they have dry leaves from the same plants, I also sweep the ground because it generally always has dried flowers from the large pink Ixoras bush and also the red Ixoras whose bush is smaller, then I also water all the flower plants, I remove the dry branches from the small palm tree if it has any, doing these activities allows me to be calm, at peace with my thoughts, it also allows me to organize my daily activities , I feel he has energy to go back into the house and prepare coffee and breakfast with my grandson who is the first to wake up, sometimes he wakes up earlier and helps me sweep the leaves, but even in his presence these moments are of complete peace for me.</div>

# La oración / Pray

Para mi la orar a Dios es como conversar con el y a la vez conmigo misma, esto lo hago en la noche y en la mañana en mi cama apenas despierto, para mi gradecer es como meditar, le pido a mi señor Dios que me de salud y fortaleza para seguir viviendo y poder disfrutar de cada día. Este hábito de la oración para mi sirve para sentirme bien , despejar la mente de los problemas, yo siento que si tengo una carga pesada Dios me ayuda con esta, que me libero y le siento acompañada en cada situación.

# Cocinar y servir a los demás / Cook and serve others

Cocinar también funciona como la jardinería para mi, es algo que me gusta hacer y además me permite tener tranquilidad mental, pero cocinar para mi también es algo que me permite servir a los demás, por ejemplo cuando viene mi hija de visita con mis nietos, o cuando alguna de mis hermanas me visita, si yo tengo comida que hacer para ellos, esta actividad me hace sentir bien, porque es mi manera de expresar cariño por mis seres queridos, sobre todo cuando tengo recetas dulces o meriendas que compartir con ellos, es una gratificación muy buena darles algo delicioso que comer, es una pequeña felicidad que me da bienestar.

# Conversar / Talk

He visto como las personas más calladas y tranquilas se convierten en personas hipertensas y con problemas cardíacos, entonces yo prefiero hablar, cuando tengo un problema o preocupación que esta haciéndome daño, generalmente me gusta conversar sobre esto con mis hermanas, porque necesito sacar esas cosas y ellas me conocen mejor que nadie, en ellas confío y además puedo contar con ellas, además de mi conversación diario con Dios por medio de la oración, también la conversación con mis hermanas me ayuda a mantener el equilibrio,  porque creo que cuando uno se traga los problemas uno solo se enferma y hay que librarse un poco mentalmente y así los pensamientos buenos, positivos y las soluciones llegarán más fácilmente.
