ㅤRecuerden tomar previsiones para la ejecución de que cada ejercicio, yo en lo personal realizo un trote y algunos estiramientos para estar algo un poco activo y no afecte tanto a la primera.
ㅤRemember to take precautions for the execution of each exercise, I personally do a jog and some stretching to be a little active and not affect so much the first time.
