Through the back door, I walked stealthily into the classroom with one hand clutching tightly to my fading tote bag and the other dangling freely. I was already forty-five minutes late for an eight o'clock lecture courtesy of the tricycle driver that conveyed me to campus and this wasn't even the worst thing that had happened to me that morning.

Hello Hello✨LabrinthIt is yet Tuesday and that of course means that it's #ttt or #threetunetuesday, an initiative brought to us by @ablaze. With that it's time to share some special tunes with you:) As you must have guessed, the artist I've picked for this week is Labrinth, a British singer, songwriter and record producer. Growing up, I was introduced to Labrinth and quite frankly I liked how soothing his voice was and still is.

As a crochet artist who has worked on numerous crochet projects, one very inevitable fact that I've come to realise is that there would always be some remaining yarn or (scrap yarns like I call them) after a project. If I'm being honest, I rather have some scrap yarn after a project than having to buy a skein of yarn when I have just two rows to go. This is where calculation and precision come in for crochet artists.

Just recently, someone asked if I was more of a dog person or a cat person and at that moment, I didn't have an answer. Can't a person be both a dog and cat lover? I grew up with one of the most adorable and loyal hybrid dogs any human could ask for but after my dog passed away, I opted to get a pair of cats instead because my late dog was simply irreplaceable. Currently, I have three cats and a kitten as pets but that doesn't stop me from having fun with “vaccinated” dogs when I come across them.

I know a good number of socially awkward people and social butterflies and one thing I can say about both parties is that they are unique in their own way. More often than not, social butterflies tend to have strong connections and bonds with those tagged as socially awkward. This only goes to prove that unlike(opposite) poles attract… sometimes.

Once again, I got the opportunity to witness the love of a mother in one of its purest forms today. On my way to my sister's place, I was the first passenger to board a particular tricycle. After waiting for close to fifteen minutes, another passenger approached with a baby strapped to her front.
