Aside from reaching over seven thousand steps again tonight nothing much really happened.I think I got all but three isles done in my department tonight. That makes me happy. THIS is what I'm talkin' about. If I can make over eight thousand steps, I sure as h€££ can reach ten thousand.As far as work went, I dropped my phone and my boss factory reset it but did not set it up for me to use. Him factory resetting it cost me an extra fifteen dollars because I had to call a cab to run home and get my back up phone so I had a ride home. Otherwise I'd be walking home in 30° weather and not getting home until midnight.
as much walking as I did tonight, I should have made it to the seven thousand step mark.I got ten of the forty plus isles in my department zoned. The rest of the time was spent going back and forth from my department to customer service to get the returns. Those items customers decided they did not need/want or did not have the budget for.
I feel like I get more done during the second half of my shift but still cannot manage to zone my entire department.I'm ready for another day off but that is not until Tuesday. Time to relax. SO close to seven thousand.Anyway outside of tonight being busy and another night where I was pulled out of my department to help zone the seasonal (valentine) hotspot we had a medical event.Someone had a seizure and collapsed on the. floor. All I heard was a woman say "it's ok baby" until I went to see what was going on and to see if any store managers were around. The ambulance arrived and took the man away. I hope he is ok. Pretty scary for his mother.
It was nice and quiet once the football game started but as excited as I was thinking I'd get close to done again tonight that was not what happened. Oh well.
