Hello everyone!

It's a lovely Monday, but it certainly tried to begin as a disaster. I was almost late for a rendezvous to catch a free ride to a court out of town. Most of my cases are out of town, but some, like today's, are farther than others, so I rely heavily on free rides. It's always me waking up early, getting ready early, but somehow stepping out a little late, and then getting a cab even later...

Anyway, my younger brother was quick to remind me that I've been on a streak of bad luck lately. Maybe it’s just a phase, or maybe I’m coping with the "positive monster girls" series. To be honest, I haven’t done any art since last Wednesday—about five days ago, though it could have been longer. My mind has been preoccupied with a ton of things, and sometimes with absolutely nothing at all.

So far, 55% has been minted—225 out of 400—but somehow the random mixer has only selected 10 artists, which seems like terrible odds for a blind mint. Wouldn't you say? And, of course, my art hasn’t been minted yet. It doesn’t make for great publicity for the rest of us whose work is still in the collection waiting to be minted. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

It’s looking like a storm is brewing, so I think it’s time for me to head home!
