Today is Children’s Day, and I’m not sure if it’s an international or national holiday where I am, but apparently, it’s now a full public holiday. I don’t know when that started because I remember going to work or university on this day before and complaining about it. Meanwhile, Women’s Day isn’t a public holiday—why is that? Hello everyone!It's a lovely Monday, and I am/have been enjoying my two weeks break ( with one week down). I had looked forward to this break from work and I'm glad it's as satisfying as I imagined it would be. I have alternated between reading some drama series and watching horror series like Black mirror and American Horror Story which are most likely mediocre and excel more in outrageous and ridiculousness than real horror, well maybe that is the horror.

Good day! It’s mid-afternoon, and I’m having one of those days where I showed up to work despite having absolutely nothing to do. But we show up for the visual effects, if you know what I mean.Saturday night, I got the SMS alert for my salary. Fifteen minutes later, I was shopping on an online store. It gave me a good he-he-he moment—until I got to checkout and realized the total was almost the exact amount I’d just been paid.

Good morning! How was your days behind? Mine was okay okay-ish. Someone bring out a gratitude journal for those of us who need something 'big' to happen before we think something good is happening. But me? I am feeling grateful today for all those things that seem mundane butbtake them away and we'll all be miserable.
