Here's a new video edit of a PPG flight event I organized last week in the badlands of Alberta, near the towns of Drumheller, Rosedale, Dorothy and Wayne. Some incredible spots out there to fly, it was an awesome evening on the paramotor.
Well I finally got to editing a lot of footage from a recent Bridge City Fly-in from Aug Long Weekend here in Alberta, Canada. This place has so much amazing scenery to enjoy, its an epic place to fly a paramotor. So here is my video of all the amazing scenery from my paramotor. Flew a hundreds of kilometers this weekend and most along the Old Man River. Grab some popcorn and put it on the big screen. Its a long one!
Catching some evening rays at sunset above the river. Not only the chase came on this flight, but some toe camera action as well for that sweet wing shining in the sunset rays!Reflections highlighting the river below. Sunset flights are just the best.
As far as PPG flying, it doesn't get any better than having a great flight out over incredible terrain like the badlands in Alberta.I live about 1.5hrs driving from here so it fairly easy to get out to this area to enjoy a flight when the conditions are right.
Out on a flight from Carbon, Alberta Canada to the town of Drumheller out in the badlands. This place has some of the most epic terrain in Alberta and a fellow wingman flyer has a piece of land we can fly from that gives us a perfect path from this land to the Drumheller valley and this is one of the most gorgeous valleys I've ever flown, its wonderful!
I've had some great weekend nights out on the rivers around my home lately and have found some fantastic spots. This one was a huge island on the Highwood River, and there are dozens and dozens of eagles living in the trees and along the banks all around us. That made it especially good for watching sunset and sunrise on the banks while the eagles soared and fished all around us.
