It is always easy to be happy with all is going well. However, how do you stay positive when you are at an all-time low? when everything you have to deal with blows up in your face and just s**ts all over you. How do you find something within you to carry on, to keep pushing forward and not just stop and give up?

In our everyday lives we faces challenges, success, failure, happiness and disappointment at some point. We sometimes miss opportunities because we talk ourselves out of doing something or into doing something stupid. it can be something small to something big. These things all start from the inner conversation we have with ourselves.

I am a Teacher. I teach at a kindergarten in the morning and at night I am an aerial yoga instructor. With both my jobs, my biggest challenge is to teach my students (kids and grown ups) is self confidence. To be able to try new things without having the voices in your head telling you everything you cannot do.

I created new badges for the Steem rankings on @steem-plusBenefits / ImprovementsBefore there were only 5 badges: Plankton, Minnow, Dolphin, Orca and Whale. @stoodkev came up with the idea to break these 5 badges down into smaller sub-badges where for each badge you will have bronze, silver and gold. The designs of these 5 badges came from @fabiyamada I worked off of those to create the ones I have made now.
