I've almost finished editing the rest of my photos from my trip to Prague. But there are still a few shots I'd like to show you. Today I have a small black and white series with high contrast for you. The pictures were taken on my departure day at Prague main station. I tried to capture a few interesting details and moods. Only a few hours later I was already on my way home. I hope you like the photos and have a nice weekend!

Street photography can be really difficult when you're in an environment where there are so many people buzzing around that it's hard to find interesting compositions. That's exactly what happened to me in Prague. Beautiful weather, Easter vacations - no wonder the crowds of tourists were enormous. Photographing individuals on the street required a lot of creativity and luck. But at least a few times I succeeded and that's why I want to show you a few of these shots today.

When it comes to editing photos, I sometimes have crazy ideas. At Prague's main station, I photographed a train whose bright orange front provided a nice contrast to the dark surroundings on this rainy day. In post-processing, for some reason I had the idea of flipping the right half of the photo onto the left side. The result was a train that could never exist in reality. In the end, I stacked the resulting image in three different sizes, creating an interesting pattern and a lovely contrast of black, white and orange.

It's been almost three years since I discovered street photography and it's now one of my absolute favorite genres in photography. I love wandering the streets with my camera, especially in the evening, looking for interesting subjects and scenes. The great thing about it is that you train your photographic eye and learn to notice the special things in small, inconspicuous moments. Of course, I often devoted myself to this passion in the evenings in Prague as well. Some of my results I show you in this post.

Hey guys! Today I want to show you my absolute favorite photos from my trip to Prague. Even before my journey began, I was fascinated by this building and I was really looking forward to seeing it with my own eyes. One early morning, the time had come and I was finally able to photograph the structure extensively with my camera from many different perspectives.

On my last day in Prague, I still had some time to kill at the main train station before I left. So I dropped off my suitcase, unpacked my camera and used this rainy afternoon for a last little photo tour. The two-level station opened up some interesting perspectives and I was able to fully focus on street photography. At the end, I also went to some platforms to look for subjects. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to be inconspicuous with a large camera at train stations, so the security staff soon had me in their sights. I wasn't approached, but it was still unpleasant. In the meantime, I'm already thinking about getting a smaller, inconspicuous camera for street photography.
