Wednesday Addams - Artwork By My Daughter

I don't know about you but I sure remember that I loved watching the Addams Family when growing up. I also remember that I thought Thing was very funny and that I saw several versions of the show growing up.

It was quite fun to learn that Wednesday Addams would get her own tv show in 2022 and I watched it with pleasure to be honest. Maybe it's because I loved it so much in my childhood, I don't know but I'm looking forward to season 2 which will be released on August 6 this year. I'm not sure if that also counts for Netflix Spain, but we'll see.

At the previous school I found a Wednesday Addams costume that I loved for my daughter and after a long search for the right seller who had a good quality dress, I bought her the outfit, she still loves it, and even fits the dress still, lol. She wore it two years in a row but this year it's time for a new one.

Often when I bump into cool drawings or drawing tutorials either for me or my daughter, I save them in my folders for later and recently I bumped into a Wednesday Addams image while my daughter was a bit bored. I decided to print it and motivate her to draw it herself and see how it would turn out. She was excited and finished the drawing that afternoon.

She used a normal pencil to draw the imag en and then she used a combination of markers for the outlines as well as pencil and crayons for the colouring part.

I think she did quite well, I will definitely keep this one for later, and maybe even ask her again in a year to make her version of this image as I kept the print as well.

It's so cool to see the progress in the drawing skills of these little ones, I love it.
