One month away from planting

The grow room is starting to feel quite full with all the plants waking up inside. Though the cold weather outside is probably not over yet. So I think waiting another month would be wise before planting these.
Right now I have some Elderberry, Raspberry, Boysenberry plants growing. Along with some smaller herbs and seedlings for the upcoming garden.
I wonder if the berry plants can just go in the ground now without issue, while others like the annual brussell sprouts, spinach and others need more time before they are ready for the outdoors.
Not all of our seeds have started, seems even a mix of the small bad dirt is causing problems. I may need to dispose and use all my new dirt I got.. The same stuff I am growing my cannabis plants in now.
These berry plants need water every day, and they are taking up much of the room in there. So I am thinking about taking and chance and planting them early. I have some t-posts in the ground I am going to attach a fence to for them to grow up on.
Though not all the trays have seeds coming up, some of the Pine seeds are not germinating. I fear the use of the bad soil is causing these issues.
I put lavender seeds in these trays after keeping them in the fridge for about 6 weeks. Should do the job of sprouting them. I will give them a good month to sprout before I worry, some just take a long time to get going.
If these lavender seeds do come up. I should have many dozens of plugs to start in pots.
We can see how the berry vines are smothering some of the plants inside. So that is one of the reasons I want to plant them soon. Also their need for watering almost twice a day. The tiny pots they are in is probably causing poor water retention.
The Elderberries are doing alright, I found a spot to put them inside the deer fence to hopefully protect them.
Not much is going on with the pine seeds, they are just hanging in there. So far four have sprouted.
The other herbs are also doing alright, the cuttings are still in water and they are doing good. Will put them in the ground in about a month.
Some of the roses are still inside, the ones I did not see any signs of spider mites.
But the ones affected by them have been banished to the outside.
I will probably start with planting the roses, as they are very cold hardy. And then move onto the berry bushes. Curious to see if we get fruit this year. But I hope using some t-posts and fencing I can give them the support they need to get big and strong.
Waiting on a delivery of mulch and then I should have everything I need to start planting this season. With many bags of Foxfarm dirt, the good stuff I think I will have some success this year.
