papaya juice for digestive health

After celebrating Eid a few days ago, I think many of us eat unhealthy foods that disrupt our digestion, so today I will make papaya juice, because I happen to have papaya at home, I will make juice right away.
As we know, papaya is very good for health, especially digestive health, not only that, papaya also has other benefits to support body health to stay fresh and fit.

The various contents in papaya fruit have very important nutrients to support body health and also for beauty, such as reducing blood sugar, managing stress, good for diet and very good for skin, papaya fruit can also be consumed every day. But I do not consume it every day, but only 3 times a week, because I feel lazy to make it every day, even though the way to make it is very easy.

Making papaya juice



To make papaya juice is very easy, just use fresh papaya and liquid milk, or commonly called evaporated milk, here I do not use sugar because I have added liquid milk.
Ok I will share my way of enjoying delicious and fresh papaya, do not just eat it like that, once in a while made juice like this is very delicious

1/4 papaya 1 glass of liquid milk

*** Put the papaya fruit into a blender, along with a glass of liquid milk.

**Second**
*** Blend the papaya juice until smooth and thick, I didn't add anything else,

RESULTS


and here it is, the papaya juice is ready, I prepared two large glasses, I thought that after the juice was ready I would get 2 glasses, and it turned out I was wrong, after it became juice, I only got 1 glass of juice, hhehe but it's okay because this juice is especially for me.
The juice is just right, not too sweet and very soft, because I don't add any more water or granulated sugar, there is only liquid milk, for me the level of sweetness is enough like this, because I don't like drinking juice that is too sweet, I'm afraid it will increase my blood sugar, one of the diseases that I am very afraid of.
After the juice was ready, I drank the juice straight away, oh yeah, I didn't add ice cubes to this juice, but if you add ice cubes, the juice tastes even fresher, why didn't I add ice cubes, because my throat was sore and I felt like I was going to cough, so I just drank the juice like that, it was normal, not cold, maybe for some people, drinking juice has to be cold, but for me it doesn't matter
