Hi vegan friends, back again with me who will add my post today, namely stir-fried Japanese pumpkin, Japanese pumpkin is a chayote that is delicious cooked in anything, here we call it Japanese pumpkin, does this pumpkin come from Japan? I don't know either hehe..
This Japanese pumpkin in my place is often made into a stir-fry menu, martabak filling, risol filling, and also often cooked in lontong sauce, and this time I will make this Japanese pumpkin into my family's lunch menu at home, namely stir-fried Japanese pumpkin which is slightly spicy, because I want to eat spicy food today

I usually cook this vegetable by just chopping the spices, not blending it, but this time I want to cook it this way, so that the spiciness can also be felt, and this is also my husband's favorite vegetable, but unfortunately my husband is not in this city, he has moved to another city for work, but that's okay, let me and my mother finish this vegetable.
How to cook spicy Japanese stir-fried pumpkin
In my opinion, this vegetable is very delicious and tasty, whatever it is cooked, it is also delicious, the vegetable is also very cheap in my place, just one large size costs 3 thousand rupiah, it is really very cheap, right?

After the spices are cooked, add the Japanese pumpkin vegetables, cook until the Japanese pumpkin is wilted, don't forget to check the taste.
RESULTS
The stir-fried Japanese pumpkin is ready, and can be a side dish for our rice this afternoon, it tastes spicy, sweet and very savory, the Japanese pumpkin is not too soft, I deliberately cooked it half-cooked, because I want to feel the Japanese pumpkin has a slightly crunchy texture. Besides, I also don't like cooking vegetables for too long, they say it can cause the loss of vitamins in the vegetables
