So today I will make my own shaved mango candy, which I made a long time ago with my mother, because mango that is made into candied fruit is indeed very refreshing, anyone will immediately enjoy it, especially if the candied mango is cold, just taken out of the refrigerator.
Mango fruit is famous for its very sour acidity, especially young mangoes, mangoes that are not fully ripe, not many people want to eat them, but if young mangoes are processed into a delicious, sweet and sour dish, I am sure many people will enjoy it.

First of all, I take a mango, then I peel all the skin, then I wash it until it is really clean, then I grate the mango one by one, I grate it using a regular grater.

Next, I blended the red chilies and cayenne peppers, then I put them in a pan and cooked them until they boiled, and I didn't forget to add a little water, salt and granulated sugar.

After the spices boil and reduce a little, I strain the chili spices into the grated mango, until it is finished, then I put the mango in the refrigerator, I wait until the mango is cold, about 1 hour.
RESULTS
My shaved mango sweets is ready, mmm yummy, cold, sour, sweet, the taste is mixed, for those of you who love rujak, you can try making mango rujak like this, oh yes, some people also call it mango rujak, there are also mango sweets, I myself don't know which one is suitable to call it hehehe
