Mayito has a coffee measurer, which is not common to see here, as he told me they only produce it in Spain, and he boasts about it a bit, because you put it in the strainer, press and fill it with the right measure without spilling a gram.

Seguidamente, lo puso al fuego y mientras tanto busco los ingredientes a añadir chocolate, canela y azúcar, tomo pequeñas porciones que colocó en su jarrita de metal, vertió en él, las primeras gotas del café que estaban cayendo en la cafetera..
Una vez, hecho esto, comenzó a batirlo con la cuchara, hasta conformar una mezcla homogénea, que al agregar el resto del café le dio un toque espumoso y un sabor, sencillamente maravilloso..
Me sirvió una taza y tomó un vaso que me sorprendió al verlo, pues lo tiene hace más de 10 años, nunca le ha gustado tomar el café en taza..
Me sentí feliz de disfrutar de toda la ceremonia que acompañó ese café, de ese ambiente familiar y acogedor, impregnado del aroma del café, que me transporto a nuestra niñez y nos llevó a recordar viejos tiempos..
