Dragon fruit and pineapple sentiling is a grated cassava dish steamed with pineapple and dragon fruit. The color is quite beautiful with a combination of yellow and bright pink from the dragon fruit.

This dish is a traditional Indonesian snack with a sweet and savory taste. It has a thick texture with a combination of agar-agar that gives it an extraordinary consistency. The final sprinkling of cheese gives an extraordinary impression to the snack I made.

Serve this dish at your family gatherings; I'm sure they will love it. The combination of sweet pineapple and a hint of sourness gives the dish a unique flavor, in my opinion. Of course, the dragon fruit adds a bright color and a burst of sweetness. I highly recommend this dish to all of you. I'm sure if you have a lot of cassava, this recipe will come in very handy.
