Yeaterday u went to the office but I had a headache so I didn't walk much. Still the commute means u got to 14k steps
Yesterday I stated at home for work but didn't have enough steps.so I went for an evening walkmto get to 20k. However tje. Next day I woke up with a headache so maybe I need to ease back a bit
The trip to Japan meant I put on a bit of weight when I arrived home I was 81.2kg. Which is about 5kg higher than the last time I weighed myself.Anyway I will go back to 20k steps per day, and restricting my diet. I'm already back.down to 79.6kg so let's hope in a month or 2 I can get back down to a healthy bmi I.e. 71kg.I'll be using this app as motivation:)
Yesterday was arriving home from.our holiday. There really wasn't anything special about yeaterday except for resting and unpacking.
Yesterday was a long trip home. First er left narita airport. Now we flew for a few hours and landed in NanjingAnd then finally we took our final flight ro Sydney which is an overnight flight.
Yesterday was my last full day in Japan tomorrow we are going home so I'm writing this from the airport. There is lots of disruption here because of the IT issues however our flight seems OK. Yesterday we went shopping at akihabara. We also went to the gacha gacha shop And finally walked down the busy streets of akihabara.
